What level of delivery service is included free of charge?

Free delivery covers movement of your furniture via parcel carrier (or freight, depending on the size and weight of the item). Items shipped via a parcel carrier will usually be delivered to the customer’s door. Freight deliveries will usually be made only as far as the curbside and the customer will need to carry the goods inside. To provide a cost effective and individually customized delivery experience, other delivery options can be selected at the checkout as an upgrade. Extra services such as “inside delivery”, “stair carries”, “room of choice” and “unpacking/setup” can be selected on the final checkout page. Please email sales@umodern.com if you require a quote for additional delivery services in advance. If you are unable to carry the goods inside, please make sure you select a delivery upgrade.
