What level of coordination is the Corps going to have with Federal, State, and Local agencies?

0

A. The Corps is required to coordinate with State and Federal resource management agencies under a list of legislative acts (i.e., Endangered Species Act, Clean Water act, Rivers and Harbors Act, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, and National Historic Preservation Act). The Corps will coordinate with National Marine Fisheries Service, the US Coast Guard, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Washington Department of Ecology, State Historic Preservation Office, and others, as needed or required. The Corps will also coordinate with city and county government offices in the McNary Reservoir area. Additionally, the National Environmental Policy Act analysis will require the Corps to evaluate impacts of proposed actions on natural, cultural, historical, and municipal resources.
