What level of commissioning is required for the Whole Building Approach?
The project shall obtain the services of a qualified commissioning agent, whose responsibilities shall include: • developing a commissioning plan, • performing functional performance testing; and • completing a commissioning report. The commissioning scope shall cover, at a minimum, all heating, ventilating, air conditioning and lighting systems and associated controls.
