What level is the community involved while setting the VKC?
The community is involved right from the stage of identifying a location for the center to identifying potential services to be provided and is actively involved in setting up the center. NASSCOM Foundation aims not just to set up knowledge centers but also to actively engage the community in the center and involve them in its day to day functioning. The objective here is that the community has to see the value add that the center and the technology is adding to their lives.
