Answer 4 The PHASE X24 FireWire features two high-quality balanced mono analog inputs on the rear for line-level-signals (up to 2.1Vrms). The two combo jacks on the front can accept instruments with 1/4″ (6.3mm) stereo jacks and microphones (XLR), and are individually adjustable using two gain controllers with status and clipping LEDs. If necessary, a 48V phantom power supply can be switched on separately for each channel. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is typically around 109dB for the line inputs, 108dB for microphone and 109dB for instruments.
