What length of experience are employers usually looking for in MBA type jobs?
Usually employers look for around 18-24 months work experience, however this significantly varies from sector to sector. For example many small to medium sized companies are usually happy to recruit MBA graduated with lesser work experience as they cannot afford to hire expensive business professionals with that knowledge. On the other hand, large businesses usually hire inexperienced MBA graduates and usually put them through in-house training scheme.
