What legislation do Pool Safety Barriers have to comply with?

0

The regulations applying to barriers around pools and spas installed before 8th April 1991 are slightly different to those that apply to new Pools and Spas. Safety Barriers for old pools and spas must comply with Part 7 of the Building Regulations 2006. Safety Barriers for new pools and spas must comply with Part 3.9.3 of the Building Code of Australia.
