What legal action can a union take if their members are dismissed because of their plan to strike?
Union strikes are little more than legalized blackmail. Anyone who would take such actions against their employer SHOULD loose his job. You owe something to the person who gives you a check, and the employer owes something to the person who works for him. It isn’t just about the money, but unions have made it that way. Today, Unions are just as bad as the old unsafe mines of times past.
