What leadership roles do women fulfill in Grace Communion International?
The church encourages women to contribute in leadership roles of every kind. However, based on the understanding it has of the practice of the New Testament church and the teachings of the apostle Paul (1 Corinthians 14:34; 1 Timothy 2:12), the church does not ordain women as pastoral overseers of local congregations.
