What leadership opportunities are open to Canadian members?
Canadian members are eligible for all Board positions including officer positions. The 2009-2010 Nominating Committee will also be soliciting nominations for a Canadian member to run for election in 2010 to serve as the 2010-2011 Canadian Regional Representative on the Nominating Committee Coordinator. With the Bylaw changes and the establishment of the Canadian Limited Region in 2006, the Canadian Region elects a Member to the Nominating Committee or as a Regional Coordinator each year. In 2009, the Canadian members elected a Regional Coordinator for 2009-2010, and in 2010 will elect a member to serve as a Nominating Committee Member in 2010-2011.
