The People should always disobey bad laws, especially the laws which inhibit freedom of speech and assembly, the freedom to protest against the Government is something only found in free societies, so this must always be cared for and not abused. I agree, we should all of us blow our noses when behind the wheel, then refuse to pay any fixed penalty issued.
