It is written in C++, but it is mostly C code using only a limited set of the C++ extensions over C. Thus Bacula is completely compiled using the C++ compiler. There are several modules, including the Win32 interface, that are written using the object oriented C++ features. Over time, we are slowly adding a larger subset of C++.
