What land treaties with Native American Indians are there?
We have never heard of a single instance where the government has taken land from home owners and turned it over as part of a “land treaty” to Native American Indians. We have heard that this has happened on occasion in Canada. The Native American Indians have already been given land throughout Arizona as part of the reservation program a long time ago. The “reservations” have clearly defined boundaries and have been established for a long time.
