What land is available for sale?
Only land that has been identified for potential disposal in a land use plan (Resource Management Plan or Management Framework Plan) may be considered for sale. To be eligible under the FLTFA, the land must have been identified for disposal in an approved land use plan in effect on or before July 25, 2000 .
