What LAN Configuration is required to support CRMnext?
A. CRMnext should work from behind a firewall or proxy server. Firewall issues are specific to individual Users, so please see your network administrator if you are having any firewall problems or if your browser requires special settings for your proxy server. One personal firewall product that does sometimes prevent Users from logging in to CRMnext is ZoneAlarm Pro. (If you are running the free trial version, you will not encounter these problems.) Launch ZoneAlarm Pro. Choose “Privacy” from the menu on the left side of the screen to load the Privacy menu. In the Privacy menu, click the Site List tab to launch the Site List window.
