What labelling should I see on food?
In general, pre-packed food which is sold in the United Kingdom must be marked with:- a) the name of the food b) a list of ingredients c) any special storage conditions, or conditions of use d) the name or and address or registered office, of either i) the manufacturer or packer ii) a seller in the EEC e) the place of origin of the food if failure to give such details might mislead.
