What knowledge base and skills do students acquire through enrollment in the MSBE program?
Graduates of this program will demonstrate a mastery of current and sophisticated economic concepts and theories, an understanding of fundamental concepts in key business areas (e.g., finance, marketing, human resourced management), the ability to apply analytical techniques to facilitate business decisions, and knowledge of global perspectives on the emerging competitive landscape. The overriding objective of this program is produce graduates able to: describe to their employers emerging competitive threats and opportunities; prescribe practical solutions to these challenges; forecast the outcome of their recommendations with respect to the firm’s sustainable competitive advantage and profitability.
