There are many changes you can make to your property and home that will require authorization from the Architecture Control Committee (ACC). These include: • Painting the exterior of your home (same color does not require approval) • Addition to your home • Fences • Permanent planting or landscaping having a significant visual impact (annual flowers do not require authorization) • Deck, patio, any concrete flatwork on the exterior of your home or on your property • Roof or overhead structure of any type, including arbors and car ports • Large Ponds deeper than 18″ • Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs, whether in-ground or above ground.
