What kinds of temporary jobs does UTS fill?
In addition to the regular types of temporary jobs such as clerical, word processing and administrative work, UTS provides staff for patient services positions, some light lab and research work, fiscal duties, catering and ushering. Requests for light industrial including stockroom attendant, warehouse work, driving and deliveries and office moving are also filled. If you have an unusual assignment, call us. We’re here to help ease your workload. How do I request a temporary? All we need is a phone call and the following information: beginning date and approximate length of assignment; schedule; skills required and duties to be performed; budget name and number; name of on-site contact; and requester’s name, department, telephone number and box number. We take care of all the paperwork. Do you test temporary employees prior to sending them on assignments? At this time we are not set up to test employees.
