A. High Impact eMail provides HTML templates. A quick listing of the main template categories can be seen in the Categories (top left) pane of the applications window. The main categories are Advertising, Business Forms, Greeting Cards, Job Search, Memos, Motivational, Periodicals, Picture Frames, Quotable Quotes, and Stationery. Yes, you can modify an existing High Impact template and save it for later use.
