What kinds of students take Conflict and Dialogue classes?
All kinds of students take CAD classes! Anyone who has ever had a lovers quarrel, experienced a family feud, or has been chewed out by a boss at work knows the potential pain of destructive conflict. Some of the relationship contexts for conflicts that CAD students have learned to analyze and manage productively include friendships, boyfriend/girlfriend relationships, family, work, school, social and religious groups to name a few. Students who want to be effective leaders! Leaders need to manage conflicts productively to keep people working together and motivated.
