What kinds of reports are available, and when are they updated?
The Minnesota Medical Foundation provides detailed reports showing each transaction within the account, including deposits, disbursements, earnings activity, and transfers. Summary level reports will be provided to administrators and fiscal personnel, department heads, division heads, directors, deans, and the senior vice president of health sciences. The summary report will show the account balance by fund type and in total. These online reports are updated monthly at month-end, and display year-to-date detail through the previous month’s activity. On a weekly basis, account-manager gift-activity reports are e-mailed from the foundation’s advancement services division. These reports contain information about gifts to an account that have been processed during the previous week. The report contains donor name, address, and dollar amount.
