What kinds of properties are likely to be financed by GE Money Bank in France?
We finance all types of private properties, except those used for professional activities or as commercial lending such as B&B, “gites” (i.e. a French holiday home, etc.) If the property is going to be used as a second home or for a buy-to-let operation for personal and private lender needs, we would consider it.
