What kinds of projects will the revenues fund?
Classroom Grants: Teachers can apply on a competitive basis for grants that fund innovations in the classroom. These may include peer-to-peer tutoring programs for students, equipment and supplies for studying the physics of putting satellites into orbit, music programs for special needs children, and much more. Literacy Projects: Struggling readers in grades K-3 are given extra assistance through targeted reading programs. Mentoring Programs: Students are paired with adult mentors to provide additional support and to serve as role models.
