Residential projects that do not require Zoning Certificates from Delhi Township include: interior renovations that do not increase floor space nor the number of dwelling units; flat work (including concrete/asphalt/paver patios, walks and driveways at ground level); and walls less than 4’ in height. Commercially, interior renovations that do not increase floor space and/or do not increase required parking do not require Zoning Certificates.
