Letters of Commitment are required from any entity that HCF grant funds will be shared with. These types of grant partners are different from organizations and groups who will not receive any of the funds being requested, but who may be direct or indirect participants in the project being proposed. Statements of support or participation from entities who do not receive a share of HCF grant funds are helpful but not mandatory.
