What kinds of parks does Daybreak have?
We have a great variety of parks, both already developed and planned for the future. Our residents enjoy community gardens, basketball courts, a dog park, sand volleyball courts, a Splash Pad, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and what we call “pocket parks”—all within walking distance of the neighborhood homes. Pocket parks have features like play equipment, park benches, trellises, and picnic pavilions. Of course there are also big community parks with things like soccer fields, flower gardens, and water features.
