A. The PortMaster 4 supports SNMP (for monitoring and traps), MIB I and II, plus a full complement of enterprise extensions. It supports Telnet, BOOTP and CLI. Configuration and management can be facilitated and enhanced by using Lucent PM Console and by using Lucent Technologies RADIUS ABM (Authentication Billing Manager), a Java-based, integrated InterNetworking Systems management, security and billing application. The PortMaster 4 will be supported in a future release of Lucent’s OneVisionTM Network Management solution.
