What kinds of mental health problems is the Sunan method best suited to address?
Instead of addressing a label, such as bi-polar disorder, the Sunan method works best for certain people. These people have made a firm commitment to their own healing and self-growth. They have fears, but they do not allow those fears to stop them from facing and resolving their issues. In other words, they are firmly committed to their own self-growth. That having been said, Sunan therapies have been effective for certain problems, such as panic disorder and multiple personality disorder. But we must emphasize that Sunan therapists do not diagnose. A diagnosis is a limitation. We address the whole person instead.
