What kinds of meals and snacks do vegans eat?
I don’t really snack but I prepare meals in bulk to eat throughout the week or for a few days. I use a lot of herbs and spices in my dishes along with veggies, tofu, legumes and grains. Although I’m trying to eat better (by excluding fats) I used to snack on things like cereal chips and salsa peanut butter on toast when I got really bad munchies I’d bake myself cookies or something… But my number one snack would probably be smoothies I buy bags of frozen strawberries and I use 1 cup strawberries 1/2cup soy milk 1/2 juice (but don’t use orange juice it over powers the taste of the strawberries) 1/4 tea spoon of vanillia and a banana now and then. You can also make it like sorbet (however it’s spelt) by lessening the liquids or adding more strawberries.
