What kinds of issues/problems/complaints fall under Judicial Affairs?
Judicial Affairs hears alleged violations of misconduct – that is, conduct this is against or not congruent with University policy as it is outlined in the Code of Student Conduct. We receive allegations of misconduct on a referral basis. These referrals can come from the University Police Department, Residence Life Staff, Students, Faculty, Staff, or other University community members.
