What kinds of flowers do click beetles eat?

0

Adult click beetles eat pollen, nectar, grasses and flowers. Larvae eat roots. For larvae I found: “Favourites are potato, beetroot and carrot as well as corms and tubers of anemone, dahlia, and gladioli. Damage to roots of strawberries, brassicas, beans, tomatoes”. http://www.gardenorganic.org.uk/factshee… The click beetles live in flower border/herb garden, meadow area, hedge and the lawn. Also in parks and grassland. They can be found in almost any wild or cultivated habitat. There is no special plant mentioned; one pic shows an Agriotes obscurus on a white dead nettle: nearly at end of site http://www.bugsandweeds.co.uk/beetles.ht… another one on rasberry It seems they don`t have a special diet, they eat what they find.
