In the case of Windows computers, BMP, JPEG or TIFF format for still picture files, AVI or MPEG1 for movie files and WAVE or MP3 for sound files. In the case of Macintosh computers, QuickTime for picture files, movie files and sound files. Do not import GIF still picture files.
