These are: identity card (passport) details; respective Power of Attorney if the Buyer will act trough the Attorney-it should be notarized and apostilized, declarations for citizenship-notairzed and apostilized, declaration of money origin /money laundering/-notarized and apostilized. All these documents should be on Bulgarian language.
