What kinds of cooperative activities have been held under the NAALC?
More than 50 different trilateral, tripartite cooperative activities have been held under the NAALC. The intended goals of the activities are to provide specific technical training and expertise, to encourage the exchange of best practices, and to facilitate better understanding of labor laws, practices and issues in the three countries. Examples of cooperative activities include trainings for labor inspectors, a conference on industrial relations in the 21st century, and outreach sessions on the rights of women workers.
