What kinds of cases does the clinic handle?
Family law cases involving all aspects of dissolution of marriage – custody, support, division of property – are a mainstay of the clinic. The Clinic also handles guardianships, conservatorships, consumer complaints such as identity theft and an occasional civil appeal. The principal criteria for case selection by the Director is that each case must have educational value for the student-attorney assigned to it.
