What kinds of activities do Girl Scouts do?
When your daughter registers as a Girl Scout, an amazing number of age-appropriate opportunities open up for her. Girl Scout Leadership Development activities are powerful learning tools because each has a purpose—to help girls develop and internalize the values of the movement as expressed in the Girl Scout Promise and Law. Science, math and technology, leadership, sports, etiquette, financial literacy, healthy living, the arts, history, diversity, globalism, outdoor education, and service to the community are just some of the areas she will explore in a safe, all-girl environment that helps her develop her strengths and leadership skills.
