What kind of yogurt works for yeast infections?

You can tell if it has cultures in it by reading the side where it should say “live and active cultures.” You can eat the Dannon yogurt. But it’s best to have plain yogurt. I prefer Greek yogurt because it’s not as bitter. You can sweeten it a little if you wish. The reason for this is because a lot of the Yoplait/Dannon yogurts have sugar in them, and sugar will make a yeast infection worse. Also, you can use yogurt topically, but you do not want to be using sugary yogurt–ALWAYS use plain yogurt if you are going to use it this way. You can also try this stuff called kefir. It’s actually better in that department because it’s packed with probiotics. You can get it plain, but I prefer the flavored ones. It’s like drinking a yogurt smoothie. If you live in the US it can be hard to find, but it’s called Lifeway Kefir and they often sell it in the dairy aisle. Hell, if you decide you don’t like drinking the stuff, you can blend it with some fruit and put it in the freezer for a probiotic
