What kind of work would be expected from an Apprentice during the Apprenticeship scheme?
During the first year, successful candidates will attend college to study towards a City & Guilds Electrical Technology Engineering qualification (City & Guilds 2322). This is combined with practical training, which will be carried out at one of our training centres or college. In the second, third and fourth years, you will work towards an onsite qualification (NVQ Level 3) to become a Jointer, Linesperson or Electrical Fitter, depending on your skills and ability.
