Wireless LAN card for Play@TV If your LAN card is 5V 802.11b. 16-bit PCMCIA (a.k.a. PC card type), it is compatible with Play@TV. However, if it does not have Wi-Fi authentication, there may be some problems in using some functions. Also, LinkSys WPC 11 ver.3 was reported to have problems with Play@TV so you should avoid using it. 32-bit cards, 802.11b/g 802.11b/a cards or 3.3V cards do not fit in the slot of Play@TV. Attempting to insert it may damage the product. Refer to the list of supported wireless LAN cards for Play@TV on our site. Wireless LAN card for PC To use Play@TV in wireless, you need to install two different wireless LAN cards on Play@TV and PC for peer-to-peer mode or use Access Point. It is recommended to use a USB LAN card for PC. When using PCMCIA, 32-bit BUS type is good but 16-bit type is not recommended.
