Wine for a Connoisseur • Go to a specialty wine store and ask for their advice. Usually most people enjoy 00 – 01 sweetness. There are so many great wines on the market so the pros can help you select one. Good wines don’t have to come from France, Greece, etc., as the U.S. and Canada make some pretty awesome wines of their own. One thing Canada has is what they call “ice wine” and it’s like a liqueur and either the person is really going to enjoy sipping it or really won’t like it. It’s expensive! I usually get a red and white wine for our guests. White wine should be chilled, and red wine should be room temperature. My husband loves wine and makes some of the best wine around.
