With the BioPhotometer plus the wavelengths 230 nm, 260 nm, 280 nm, 340 nm, 405 nm, 490 nm, 550 nm, 595 nm and 650 nm are available. With the “absorbance” key, all wavelengths can be used for direct measurement without using any calculation factors. The data can be used for further processing.
