Quail Valley Ranch will use a pressurized wastewater collection system, minimizing the possibility of leaks and long-term maintenance. Wastewater treatment will be accomplished using an advanced Membrane Bioreactor treatment system. Waste will be treated to Title 22 health standards, utilizing UV disinfection. Treated or “recycled” water will be used to irrigate pasture throughout the summer, reducing needed surface supplies and contributing to the groundwater aquifer.
