The Strider has a one year warranty against manufacturing defects and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us. If you wish to return a Strider bike because your 1 or 2 year old child is not “riding” the bicycle, please be patient with your child and give them many opportunities to use the bicycle. Remember that riding is a learned skill and children take to this with a varying degree of time.
