What kind of warranty does a motorized bicycle come with?
Due to their nature, mechanical aptitude is required to own and operate a gas powered motorized bicycle. Because of this necessity for having a mechanical aptitude, we find it difficult to warranty gas powered motorized bicycles. Here’s what is and isn’t cover under warranty: Our warranty covers all manufacturer’s defects on the engine and engine related parts for 30 days. A refund is available on our engine kit(s) if it’s within 30 days and the engine has not fired and/or installed (basically if its brand new still in the box). We charge a 15% restocking fee and the customer pays for all shipping costs. We do not warranty piston and/or cylinder seizures or stripped bolts, nuts, or studs under any circumstance. All installation and troubleshooting manuals are available for our customers reference. We will provide our customers with parts if covered under warranty – this does not include labor.
