What kind of warranty comes with my oney handbag?
We stand behind the construction of oney bags. In the rare case that you experience a problem with the construction of your bag, we’ll be happy to repair the bag at our expense within the first two months after purchase, including shipping both ways. Please call to notify oney of the specific problem and we’ll walk you through the process. Of course, oney cannot be responsible for damage to bags caused by normal use or by dry cleaning. Bags will soften and some colors may lighten with use and/or cleaning. Since your oney bag is custom made we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Your order is final.
