What kind of warranty comes with Hands-On-Labs, Inc. LabPaqs?
A. LabPaqs are warranted ONLY to contain all listed equipment, supplies, and chemicals required to complete one time each of the experiments detailed in the accompanying lab manuals. If you find that any pieces are missing, damaged, or defective contact us within three weeks after you receive the LabPaq and we will promptly correct any errors or omissions. After three weeks from the date of receipt, you are responsible for any problems and will be charged for any replacement items. Q: Are Hands-On-Labs, Inc. LabPaqs dangerous? A. LabPaqs are not dangerous when properly used. There are always inherent dangers in any science experimentation, and some LabPaqs contain potentially hazardous chemicals that, if misused, could be dangerous. Therefore, users must accept full responsibility and liability for their use of a LabPaq. Users must always fully read and follow the lab manual’s instructions and exercise care and caution when using any Hands-On Labs, Inc. LabPaq.
