What kind of warranty comes with a Tempur-Pedic® mattress?
All Tempur-Pedic® mattresses come with a 20-year limited warranty. Tempur-Pedic® Inc. guarantees that your Tempur-Pedic® Swedish Mattress™ will be replaced or repaired at the company’s option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the TEMPUR® material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature – aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the foam that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. It also covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.
