What kind of warranty and support is included with the PC Quilter?
The PC Quilter comes with a six month warranty if used for personal use or even if shared by two people. If it is used for commercial use or a large group of quilters such as a club, the warranty is for 90 days. Warranty repair is usually done by sending the customer the required part and the customer installing it using our detailed instructions. Warranty repair does not include the cost of shipping The PC Quilter is so reliable that repairs are rare. Some adjustments may be needed over time which are done by the user.
