The registration in the Swipepay Service and the registration of accounts in the service are free of charge. You may also reload minutes and check balances without any charge. There are fees to load funds, to send funds and for the application of the Value Service. TIP: Fees for the Power service are cheaper. Sending funds from a bank account or SwipePay account are also cheaper.
